Rochester High School student pages in the Washington State House of Representatives
Hunter Morgan of Rochester High School paged in the Washington State House of Representatives Jan. 27-31. He was sponsored by Rep. Ed Orcutt of the 20th District.
Hunter experienced the Legislature in the third week of the 2020 legislative session. His responsibilities included delivering messages and documents to state lawmakers in their offices, committee meetings and the House chamber, and attending Legislative Page School.
“It was great to meet Hunter and learn more about what activities he is involved in and what his future plans are. And he provided valuable assistance to members of the Legislature,” said Orcutt, R-Kalama. “It was great he was able to come to Olympia to learn about the Legislature and help legislators as we do our jobs.”
