Friends and Neighbors,
For several years, I have chosen not to mail newsletters to constituents of the 20th District in an effort to save tax dollars. This year, however, with so many important issues facing our state and critical issues debated in the 2022 legislative session, I chose to pool resources with my seatmates – Rep. Peter Abbarno and Sen. John Braun – to write and mail out a 2022 Legislative Review for constituents. Perhaps it has already arrived in your mailbox. If not, you can find an electronic version here.
Communicating with those I represent – whether it be a newsletter, town hall meeting, or email update like this one – is an important part of my job. I welcome your feedback on this newsletter or any other issue.
Election-year restrictions
Due to election-year restrictions beginning on May 16, I will not be able to send you email updates until after the November general election results are certified. In fact, all of my legislative communications will be limited or restricted over the next six months in compliance with state ethics laws. The exception would be if a special session is called.
That said, I am still your full-time state representative and can respond to constituents who contact me throughout the year. I invite you to email, call, or send me a letter anytime. As always, I will respond as quickly as possible.
